Throughout the global process GTS makes inspections of orders and regular visits to suppliers to maintain close relationships with logistics firms and other partners in the area. This provides the ideal basis to ensure that all products and services are provided in a timely manner, in accordance with the expected quality and cost optimization.
Procurement management is required when:
- The market is not known.
- There is no direct way to access suppliers.
- You are not a company established in the US or you do not have the legal tools to do the commercial exchange with some companies.
- Limited negotiation practices to achieve best pricing.
- No familiarity with the language of mediation.
In addition to providing the full service of Procurement Management,
we also offer partial stages of the process.
- Advice on international purchases:
We also serve as consultants to companies (buyer) that even having contracted the acquisition with another procurement company requires our expertise in any stage of the process.
- Materials inspection.
This service is included when it is a direct order to GTS. However, sometimes the order is made to another supplier who does not have the inspection service, then in the event that a customer asks us to inspect an order, before dispatching it, with any other supplier company, we verify that it complies With all the necessary technical requirements and we verify the quality condition of the acquired material.
.
- Advice on auctions within the US and Canada.
(machinery, equipment for oil production, vehicles)
We also advise and accompany the many companies that in other countries do
not have access to product auctions, either because they do not have the
personnel specialized in this type of commercial exchange, or because they do
not have visas to enter the United States or not have the previous logistics
developed on time. We provide one of our team members to represent our client
to advise him up to and until the closing of the purchase, translation or any other
facilitation required.
