My client is a global supplier to the automotive industry providing engineering, design, and manufacture of a range of products to the interiors and control systems sectors; due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Program Manager for their operations in the Paris area.
A strong communicator you will possess the drive, motivation and the facilitation techniques necessary to influence others coupled with the ability to lead a program through to launch on time and within targets. As well as meeting profitability, capital and other financial targets at launch you must also oversee all functional areas throughout the development phase – engineering, sales, purchasing, finance, quality and production.
With extensive experience in a Project or Program management position within the automotive industry some experience of products with a mechanical or mechatronics influence is preferred but not essential, strong project management skills are the most important factor so we will be happy to receive applications from candidates from other automotive product groups.
A graduate engineer with a technical degree it is also preferred that you have a Project management certification. Of course you must be fully fluent in English and French.
