My client is a global provider of engineering, design, and manufacture for seat comfort, driver and motion control systems, fluid assemblies, and industrial driver interface products.

Due to the awarding of several important contracts they are now looking to recruit a Lead Engineer - Vehicle Seat Design for their Munich Offices.

This role will involve the management of all design and project issues related to seat design with Seat head rest experience a preference. Managing a team of Design Engineers and being responsible for all design sign off. You will be the specialist in Vehicle seat design within the organisation acting, advising and liaising with other departments and managing knowledge transfer throughout the company.
